Pastikan anak-anak kita minum air kosong secukupnya. Bila mereka aktif dan berada dalam sinaran matahari, keperluan air sangat mendesak. Saya sentiasa membawa bekalan air kosong dari rumah sekurang-kurangnya 5 L untuk perluan anak-anak saya dan selalunya tidak mencukupi untuk percutian 3 hari 2 malam.
