Dianggarkan mereka mengambil lebih dari 1,000 mg dari dari tahap yang yang dibenarkan. Kebanyakan mereka mengambil kira-kira\u00a0 3,500 mg natrium sehari, manakala maksimum yang disarankan ialah\u00a0 2,300 mg natrium dalam sehari.<\/p>\n<p>Kebanyakan garam natrium ini datangnya dari makanan segera seperti yang disediakan secara komersial seperti pizza, mi segera, sup segera, dan makanan ringan.<\/p>\n<p>Pengambilan garam natrium yang berlebihan akan merosakkan jantung dan ginjal dalam masa yang panjang.
