Bagaimana hendak mengurangkan kembung perut selepas berbuka puasa di bulan Ramadan ini? Mohon pencerahan. Terima kasih&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>WA ALAIKUM MUS SALAM<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kembung perut \u00a0berpunca dari \u00a0pengumpulan gas di dalam perut dan usus besar. Ia berlaku kepada hampir semua individu bergantung bagaimana dia makan dan apa yang dia makan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cara mengelakkan kembung perut selepas berbuka dengan cara:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>1. Jangan makan secara berlebihan sehingga terlalu kenyang. Makan dalam jumlah yang kecil dan boleh diulang semula selepas solat maghrib dan terawih.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2. Kurangkan makanan yang yang banyak lemak (santan) atau pedas. Makanan yang berlemak menyebabkan perut terpaksa bekerja lebih untuk menghadamkannya. Pedas pula akan meningkatkan asid dalam perut.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>3. Jangan makan dengan cepat atau terlalu gelojoh. Minum air dahulu dapat menyediakan perut untuk bekerja semula setelah berehat ketika berpuasa. Makan secara perlahan-lahan. Walaupun kita makan sedikit, rasa kenyang akan dapat dirasakan selepas 20 minit mula makan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>3.
