Pemakanan yang bernutrisi bermakna makanan yang berkhasiat, berzat dan seimbang. Ia saja ia dapat menghalang masalah jantung dan kanser apabila mereka besar nanti, tetapi dapat merangsang otak anak-anak.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Banyak kajian telah membuktikan bahawa pemakanan yang bernutrisi akan menggalakkan kesuburan otak, mengurangkan stres dan gangguan emosi yang dihadapi oleh mereka.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bagi kanak-kanak yang hiperaktif (ADHD), selain memberikan rawatan menggunakan ubat-ubatan hospital, pemakanan yang baik juga membantu kanak-kanak ini.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Berikan omega 3 setiap hari selama enam bulan dan ia dapat mengurangkan keresahan, sikap agresif, dan mereka dapat melengkapkan kerja serta meningkatkan prestasi akademik.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Kanak-kanak juga harus dielakkan dari memberikan makanan ringan.
