Ia dapat membersihkan saluran usus serta membuang toksid dengan pantas menerusi sistem pencernaan.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zat masam epal hijau merupakan pembersih tubuh yang sangat baik. Cuma pesakit gastrik harus berhati-hati dengan epal hijau yang masam.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu epal hijau mempunyai manfaat seperti:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1. Menghalang pembinaan plaq kolesterol dalam dinding salur darah dan mengurangkan risiko penyakit jantung.<\/p>\n<p>2. Membantu kesihatan menguatkan fungsi paru-paru.<\/p>\n<p>3. Menguatkan tulang dengan menambah pada mineral pada tulang.<\/p>\n<p>4. Mengekalkan berat badan.<\/p>\n<p>5. Mengurangkan kekerapan mendapat asma.<\/p>\n<p>6.
