{"id":22557,"date":"2026-03-16T11:39:56","date_gmt":"2026-03-16T03:39:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/drzubaidi.com\/blog\/?p=22557"},"modified":"2026-03-16T11:40:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T03:40:00","slug":"pemakanan-untuk-hipothyroid","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/drzubaidi.com\/blog\/pemakanan-untuk-hipothyroid\/","title":{"rendered":"PEMAKANAN UNTUK HIPOTHYROID"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<p><br \/><br \/><br \/>Sebagai seorang doktor perubatan dan juga coach Wellness A\u2019afiyat, saya ingin terangkan perkara ini dengan cara yang mudah difahami.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<p>Jika seseorang hanya mempunyai separuh kelenjar tiroid (contohnya selepas pembedahan thyroid), badan masih boleh menghasilkan hormon tiroid. <br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<p>Namun jumlah hormon mungkin tidak mencukupi, sebab itu berlaku hypothyroidism (tiroid menjadi perlahan).<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<p>Diet tidak boleh \u201cmenumbuhkan semula\u201d tiroid yang hilang, tetapi pemakanan yang betul boleh membantu sel tiroid yang tinggal bekerja dengan lebih baik, mengurangkan keradangan dan menyokong penghasilan hormon.<br \/><br \/><br \/>Berikut beberapa prinsip pemakanan yang sangat penting.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<p>1. Pastikan cukup mineral iodin (tetapi jangan berlebihan)<\/p>\n<p>Tiroid memerlukan iodin untuk menghasilkan hormon T3 dan T4.<\/p>\n<p>Sumber makanan yang baik:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ikan laut<\/li>\n<li>Udang<\/li>\n<li>Rumput laut (seaweed) \u2013 dalam jumlah kecil<\/li>\n<li>Telur<\/li>\n<li>Garam beriodin (secukupnya)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Namun berhati-hati:<br \/>iodin yang terlalu banyak juga boleh memburukkan masalah tiroid.<\/p>\n<p>Jadi ambil secara sederhana melalui makanan semula jadi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2. Ambil selenium untuk membantu fungsi tiroid<\/p>\n<p>Selenium sangat penting kerana ia membantu menukar hormon tiroid T4 kepada T3 (bentuk hormon yang aktif).<\/p>\n<p>Makanan tinggi selenium:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ikan tuna<\/li>\n<li>Sardin<\/li>\n<li>Telur<\/li>\n<li>Ayam<\/li>\n<li>Biji bunga matahari<\/li>\n<li>Kacang Brazil (Brazil nuts)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Selenium juga membantu mengurangkan keradangan pada kelenjar tiroid.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>3. Pastikan cukup zat besi<\/p>\n<p>Zat besi diperlukan untuk enzim yang menghasilkan hormon tiroid.<\/p>\n<p>Jika zat besi rendah, fungsi tiroid boleh menjadi lebih perlahan.<\/p>\n<p>Sumber zat besi yang baik:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daging merah<\/li>\n<li>Hati<\/li>\n<li>Ayam<\/li>\n<li>Ikan<\/li>\n<li>Bayam<\/li>\n<li>Kekacang<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jika seseorang ada anemia, hypothyroidism sering menjadi lebih teruk.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>4. Protein mencukupi setiap hari<\/p>\n<p>Hormon tiroid memerlukan asid amino untuk dibentuk.<\/p>\n<p>Sumber protein yang baik:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Telur<\/li>\n<li>Ikan<\/li>\n<li>Ayam<\/li>\n<li>Tempe<\/li>\n<li>Tauhu<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Kekacang<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ramai orang dengan hypothyroidism sebenarnya kurang protein dalam diet.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>5. Elakkan makanan yang boleh melambatkan fungsi tiroid (jika berlebihan)<\/p>\n<p>Sesetengah makanan dipanggil goitrogen, yang boleh mengganggu fungsi tiroid jika dimakan terlalu banyak dalam keadaan mentah.<\/p>\n<p>Contohnya:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kobis<\/li>\n<li>Brokoli<\/li>\n<li>Cauliflower<\/li>\n<li>Soya<\/li>\n<li>Kale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Namun penting untuk difahami:<\/p>\n<p>\u2714 Jika dimasak, kesannya jauh berkurang<br \/>\u2714 Dalam jumlah sederhana, ia masih selamat dimakan<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>6. Kurangkan gula dan makanan ultra-proses<\/p>\n<p>Hypothyroidism sering berkait dengan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Berat badan naik<\/li>\n<li><em>Insulin resistance<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Keradangan kronik<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Makanan yang perlu dikurangkan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gula<\/li>\n<li>Minuman manis<\/li>\n<li>Makanan ultra-proses<\/li>\n<li>Tepung putih berlebihan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>7. Sokong kesihatan usus (<em>gut health<\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>Sebahagian hormon tiroid ditukar dalam usus.<\/p>\n<p>Jika usus tidak sihat, penukaran hormon boleh terganggu.<\/p>\n<p>Makanan baik untuk usus:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Yogurt<\/li>\n<li>Kefir<\/li>\n<li>Tempe<\/li>\n<li>sayur berserat<\/li>\n<li>buah rendah gula<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>8.
