RINTANGAN INSULIN<\/strong> \u2013 tubuh menghasilkan insulin, tetapi sel tidak \u201cmendengar\u201d arahan insulin untuk masukkan gula ke dalam sel. Akibatnya gula kekal tinggi dalam darah.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. BERAT BADAN BERLEBIHAN<\/strong> \u2013 lemak berlebihan, terutamanya di bahagian perut, meningkatkan rintangan insulin.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. KURANG AKTIVITI FIZIKAL<\/strong> \u2013 senaman membantu sel lebih sensitif kepada insulin. Bila kurang bergerak, gula lebih susah dikawal.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. STRES DAN KURANG TIDUR<\/strong> \u2013 hormon stres seperti kortisol boleh naikkan gula darah.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
