Ini minuman yang kaya dengan manfaat kesihatan \u2014 dan hari ini saya nak kongsi 5 sebab utama kenapa anda juga perlu mula hari ini:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Kaya Antioksidan, Awet Muda<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teh hijau penuh dengan catechin dan EGCG, iaitu antioksidan kuat yang membantu melindungi sel tubuh, melambatkan penuaan dan mencegah kerosakan oleh radikal bebas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Meningkatkan Fokus &amp; Tenang<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kombinasi kafein semula jadi dan L-theanine dalam teh hijau bantu tingkatkan fokus, kurangkan tekanan, dan menjadikan otak lebih tajam \u2014 tanpa ketagihan seperti kopi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
