Maaf mengganggu. Saya ingin bertanya satu soalan.<\/strong><\/em><br \/><em><strong>Dua hari berturut-turut saya periksa bacaan gula darah waktu pagi. Bacaan hari pertama adalah 5.6 mmol\/L, dan hari ini pula meningkat sedikit kepada 6.0 mmol\/L. Saya berumur 32 tahun. Adakah ini bacaan yang normal, dan apakah cara yang sesuai untuk mengawalnya supaya tidak meningkat?&#8221;.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Waalaikumussalam. Terima kasih atas soalan yang baik.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bacaan gula puasa (fasting blood glucose) yang normal mengikut piawaian Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia dan WHO adalah antara 4.0 hingga 5.5 mmol\/L. Bacaan antara 5.6 hingga 6.9 mmol\/L dianggap pra-diabetes, manakala bacaan 7.0 mmol\/L ke atas dalam keadaan puasa mungkin menandakan diabetes dan perlu ujian lanjut seperti HbA1c.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Berdasarkan bacaan 5.6 dan 6.0 mmol\/L, ia menunjukkan paras gula sedikit meningkat dan berada dalam julat pra-diabetes. Pada usia 32 tahun, ini boleh jadi satu amaran awal untuk bertindak.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Saya ada beberapa cadangan awal untuk mengawal gula :<\/p>\n<p>1. Kurangkan makanan tinggi karbohidrat ringkas seperti roti putih, kuih-muih manis, dan minuman bergula. Gantikan dengan karbohidrat kompleks seperti parboiled rice, oats dan sayur berkanji.<\/p>\n<p>2. Amalkan senaman ringan setiap hari, seperti berjalan kaki 30 minit atau naik turun tangga.<\/p>\n<p>3. Tidur awal dan cukup. Kurang tidur boleh ganggu hormon insulin.<\/p>\n<p>4. Ambil suplemen semula jadi yang menyokong kawalan gula, contohnya stevia sebagai pemanis, minyak zaitun extra virgin (contohnya OLIVIE), atau probiotik yang menyokong metabolisme insulin.<\/p>\n<p>5. Pantau bacaan gula secara berkala dan boleh pertimbangkan ujian HbA1c untuk gambaran lebih menyeluruh.<\/p>\n<p>6.
