Ia boleh mencetuskan keresahan emosi, serangan panik ringan, dan rasa tertekan sepanjang hari.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Apabila seseorang wanita masuk usia 60 tahun, tahap hormon melatonin dan estrogen menurun, menjadikan kualiti tidur merosot. Tidur jadi pendek, kerap terjaga tengah malam, atau sukar lena semula.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Lebih membimbangkan, tidur yang tidak mencukupi mengganggu kestabilan hormon stres (kortisol), menyebabkan :<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Emosi mudah terganggu<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Jantung berdebar tanpa sebab<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Rasa cemas dan takut berlebihan<\/p>\n<p>\u2705 Tidak boleh fokus dan cepat lupa<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kitaran ini berulang-ulang \u2013 dan lama-kelamaan menjejaskan kualiti hidup.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Berita baiknya, kita boleh bantu tubuh kembali seimbang. Mulakan dengan:<\/p>\n<p>1. Rutin tidur tetap setiap malam<\/p>\n<p>2. Kurangkan cahaya biru (skrin HP\/TV) selepas jam 9 malam<\/p>\n<p>3. Amalkan teknik relaksasi seperti zikir perlahan dan pernafasan dalam<\/p>\n<p>4. Sokong dengan makanan tinggi magnesium &amp; omega-3<\/p>\n<p>5. Pertimbangkan suplemen melatonin jika perlu (atas nasihat doktor)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ingatlah, tidur yang cukup bukan kemewahan \u2013 ia adalah terapi harian untuk kesihatan otak dan jiwa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kepada wanita hebat di luar sana, jika tidur anda terganggu dan hidup mula rasa cemas, jangan diamkan diri. Dapatkan sokongan.
