dan makanan laut.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Walaupun begitu, pengambilan dalam jumlah yang besar boleh meningkatkan asid urik, yang menjadi punca serangan gout.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Barli mengandungi serat dan <strong>antioksidan<\/strong> yang boleh membantu mengurangkan keradangan, namun pengambilannya perlu dikawal terutama bagi pesakit gout yang sensitif kepada
