Terima kasih&#8221;.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Waalaikumussalam.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Alhamdulillah dan tahniah kerana berazam untuk turunkan berat badan dengan cara mengurangkan pengambilan gula tambahan.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Menurut American Heart Association (AHA), jumlah maksimum gula tambahan yang disarankan adalah:<\/p>\n<p>\u2705Lelaki: 150 kalori per hari (37.5 gram atau 9 sudu teh)<\/p>\n<p>\u2705Wanita: 100 kalori per hari (25 gram atau 6 sudu teh).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Namun begitu semakin kurang pengambilan gula tambahan ini, adalah lebih bagus.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Saya kongsikan beberapa cara untuk mengurangkan pengambilan gula tambahan dalam diet harian.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>Baca Label Makanan:<\/strong> Periksa label makanan untuk mengetahui jumlah gula tambahan. Elakkan makanan yang mengandungi banyak gula tambahan seperti sirap jagung fruktosa tinggi, dan gula merah.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>Kurangkan Minuman Manis:<\/strong> Gantikan minuman bergula seperti soda dan jus buah dengan air kosong, teh tanpa gula, atau air berperisa semula jadi seperti air kelapa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>Pilih Makanan Segar:<\/strong> Makan lebih banyak buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran segar yang tidak mengandungi gula tambahan. Buah-buahan mengandungi gula semula jadi yang disertai dengan serat dan nutrien lain. Nilai glisemiknya lebih rendah.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>Masak di Rumah:<\/strong> Memasak makanan sendiri akan memudahkan kita mengawal bahan-bahan yang digunakan. Kita boleh mengurangkan atau mengelakkan penggunaan gula dalam resipi makanan atau minuman yang kita lakukan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>5. <strong>Gunakan Pemanis Semula Jadi:<\/strong> Jika perlu, boleh gunakan pemanis semula jadi seperti stevia atau madu dalam jumlah yang kecil sebagai pengganti gula.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>6. Pilih Snek yang Sihat: Gantikan snek bergula dengan pilihan yang lebih sihat seperti kacang, biji-bijian, atau yogurt tanpa gula.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>7.
