Terima kasih&#8221;.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>*******<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Waalaikumussalam.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Telur sebenarnya tidak berbahaya kepada pesakit gout jika dimakan dalam jumlah yang sederhana.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Telur mempunyai kandungan purin yang rendah, jadi ia tidak akan meningkatkan kadar asid urik dalam darah secara signifikan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ini menjadikannya pilihan protein yang lebih selamat berbanding daging merah atau makanan laut yang tinggi purin.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bagi pesakit gout yang juga mempunyai kolesterol tinggi, pengambilan telur perlu dikawal. Telur mengandungi kolesterol, dan pengambilan berlebihan boleh meningkatkan risiko masalah kardiovaskular.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Jadi orang yang mempunyai gout dan kolesterol tinggi masih boleh makan telur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Jika bimbang dengan peningkatan tahap kolesterol, terdapat beberapa syarat:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Jumlah Telur:<\/strong> Disarankan untuk tidak melebihi dua butir telur sehari. Ini membantu mengawal pengambilan kolesterol dan purin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Cara Memasak<\/strong>: Telur sebaiknya dimasak dengan cara yang sihat seperti direbus, dikukus, atau ditumis. Elakkan menggoreng telur kerana ini boleh meningkatkan kadar kolesterol.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Telur mengandungi protein yang baik dan lecithin yang boleh membantu mengikat lemak berlebihan dalam darah.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Jadi bagi mereka yang sihat, dan bukan atlet mungkin boleh ambil telur tanpa had. Cuma saya cadangkan dua biji sehari.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tetapi bagi mereka yang ada masalah kesihatan, kurangkan pengambilannya walaupun ia tidak berbahaya untuk pesakit gout dan
