Alasannya semua benda manis akan merangsangkan pankreas mengeluarkan. Benarkah? Terima kasih atas penjelasan doktor&#8221;.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>********<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Waalaikumussalam<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Saya tidak bersetuju dengan kenyataan beliau. Dari kajian mana yang menyokong?<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Malah terdapat banyak kajian yang menunjukkan bahawa stevia tidak meningkatkan insulin dalam darah.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai contoh, satu kajian yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal <strong><em>Appetite<\/em><\/strong> mendapati bahawa stevia tidak menyebabkan peningkatan paras insulin atau glukosa darah selepas makan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kajian lain juga menunjukkan bahawa stevia boleh membantu mengawal paras gula darah dan meningkatkan sensitiviti insulin.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sebenarnya banyak kajian lain yang menunjukkan pengambilan stevia tidak meningkatkan tahap gula dan tahap insulin dalam darah.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pankreas akan respon dan menghasilkan insulin jika terdapat kehadiran gula dalam darah.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Oleh itu secara ringkas boleh saya katakan seperti berikut.<\/p>\n<p><br \/><strong>1. Karbohidrat :<\/strong> Terutama karbohidrat yang cepat dicerna seperti gula dan tepung putih. Apabila anda makan makanan tinggi karbohidrat, paras gula dalam darah anda meningkat, yang seterusnya merangsang pankreas untuk mengeluarkan insulin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Protein :<\/strong> Protein juga boleh merangsang pengeluaran insulin, walaupun tidak sebanyak karbohidrat. Ini kerana asid amino dalam protein boleh merangsang pankreas untuk mengeluarkan insulin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.
