Tenaga dan Lemak :<\/strong> Daging kambing mengandungi lebih banyak tenaga dan lemak berbanding daging lembu. Sebagai contoh, 100 gram daging kambing mengandungi kira-kira 258 kalori dan 8.8 gram lemak, manakala daging lembu mengandungi 217 kalori dan 4.2 gram lemak.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Protein :<\/strong> Kedua-dua daging ini hampir sama dalam kandungan protein, dengan daging kambing mengandungi 25.6 gram dan daging lembu 26.1 gram per 100 gram.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Vitamin dan Mineral :<\/strong> Kedua-dua daging kaya dengan vitamin dan mineral seperti zink, selenium, fosforus, zat besi, tembaga, potassium, magnesium, sodium, dan vitamin B, K, dan D.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
