Terima kasih&#8221;.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Waalaikumussalam.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kalau bacaan gula selepas kita puasa adalah 7 mmol\/L, ia masih dalam julat normal tetapi di bahagian atas julat tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bacaan gula darah normal ketika berpuasa biasanya di bawah 5.6 mmol\/L.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Bacaan antara 5.6 hingga 7.0 mmol\/L menunjukkan pra-diabetes, manakala bacaan lebih daripada 7.0 mmol\/L mungkin menunjukkan diabetes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Untuk mengekalkan paras gula dalam darah yang normal, berikut adalah beberapa tips diet yang boleh diikuti:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>1. Hentikan pengambilan gula tambahan dan kurangkan karbohidrat ringkas seperti nasi putih, roti putih, dan makanan manis.
