Tingkatkan nutrisi, bukan kuantiti :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mungkin mereka tidak makan sekerap orang muda, tetapi fokus pada kualiti makanan yang diambil.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Pastikan hidrasi yang cukup :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Air sangat penting untuk kesihatan dan boleh membantu meningkatkan selera makan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Makan secara berjemaah :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Makan bersama keluarga atau teman dapat membuat waktu makan lebih menyenangkan dan meningkatkan selera makan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Minuman berkhasiat :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Memulai hari dengan minuman yang menyegarkan dan berkhasiat dapat membantu meningkatkan selera makan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>11.
