Bolehkan saya ambil kurma?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Terima kasih Dr Zubaidi.&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>WAALAIKUMUSSALAM.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Menurut sumber yang saya temui, pesakit diabetes mellitus boleh mengambil kurma dalam jumlah yang sederhana.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kurma mempunyai nilai indeks glisemik (GI) yang rendah, yang bermakna ia lebih lambat meningkatkan gula darah.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Walau bagaimanapun, kerana kurma adalah manis dan mengandungi fruktosa, pesakit diabetes harus mengawal pengambilan mereka untuk mengelakkan lonjakan gula dalam darah.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Saya mencadangkan puan ambil 3 biji kurma ketika berbuka bersama segelas air kosong.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Berikut adalah beberapa panduan untuk pengambilan kurma oleh pesakit diabetes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pilih kurma yang segar atau kering dengan biji.<\/li>\n<li>Hadkan pengambilan kepada 3 biji kurma.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Pastikan jumlah kurma yang dimakan sesuai dengan keperluan karbohidrat harian anda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Jika mengambil sumber karbohidrat lain seperti nasi, mi, roti, dan biskut kurangkan portion pengambilan karbohidrat ini.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">Banyak sayur-sayuran dan tingkatkan portion protein seperti telur, ayam dan ikan.
