Ia sangat bermanfaat.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Tetapi ambillah dalam kuantiti sederhana, iaitu beberapa biji (antara 3-5 biji) jika tidak mengambil apa-apa makanan lain.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Sebagai contoh dalam musafir, tiada berkesempatan menyediakan juadah berbuka atau bersahur.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Mengambil kurma bersama mentega dikatakan dilakukan oleh Nabi kita Muhammad SAW ketika ketiadaan makanan lain.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Dari Abdullah ibn Busr dan Atiyyah ibn Busr, mereka berkata:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRasulullah SAW telah masuk ke rumah kami. Lalu kami menyediakan mentega dan tamar. Baginda menyukai mentega dan tamar.\u201d (Riwayat Abu Daud dan Ibn Majah)<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Jadi ia adalah makanan yang paling sedap ketika itu kerana Nabi kita kerap berlapar atau berpuasa. Baginda tidak mengambilnya kerap, kecuali jika ada kesempatan.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Mengikut kiraan kalori, sebiji kurma bersamaan dengan 20 kalori, manakala satu sudu kecil mentega, 50 kalori.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Gabungan kurma dan mentega dikatakan terbaik sebab kurma membekalkan karbohidrat yang kompleks, vitamin, mineral dan fiber. Selain itu ia memberikan tenaga yang segera sementara mentega pula memberikan tenaga yang berkekalan untuk jangkamasa yang lama.<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Jadi sesuai untuk mereka yang ingin mengurangkan masa makan atau tiada makanan lain dengan mengambil 3-5 biji kurma dan mentega untuk kekal bertenaga sehingga terawih.
