Beras hitam adalah sejenis beras dari spesies Oryza sativa L. Ia tidak menjalani proses pembersihan atau pemutihan dan mengekalkan sifat semulajadinya.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2. Bila dimasak, nasi hitam memiliki tekstur melekit dan rasa sedap.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>3. Ia mempunyai tahap antioksida yang tinggi kerana terdapat sebatian anthocyanin yang mencegah penyakit jantung dan melindungi tubuh dari keradangan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>4. Ia mempunyai kandungan karbohidrat yang lebih rendah berbanding dengan beras yang lain dan mempunyai tahap protein yang lebih tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>5. Ia kaya dengan vitamin dan mineral termasuk vitamin E, B1, B2, B3, dan B6, serta mineral zinc, magnesium, dan fosfor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>6. Ia baik untuk detoks hati terutama untuk mencegah hati berlemak (fatty liver).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>7. Ia melancarkan pencernaan kerana mengandungi serat yang tinggi.
