Pengambilan yogurt tanpa gula dan tanpa perasa sewaktu berbuka puasa atau waktu makan (eating phase) ketika melakukan diet Intermittent Fasting adalah digalakkan.<\/p>\n<p>2. Ini akan mengurangkan rasa cepat lapar dengan meningkatkan pengambilan protein dan kalsium dalam makanan.<\/p>\n<p>3. Yogurt merupakan sumber probiotik atau bakteria baik dalam perut dan usus. Dengan ini ia dapat meningkatkan kemampuan usus menyerap makanan, dan juga mencegah sembelit.<\/p>\n<p>4. Selain itu yogurt adalah sumber kalsium yang baik.<\/p>\n<p>5. Yogurt dapat mengurangkan risiko kekembungan perut akibat masalah lactose intolerance atau alahan pada protein susu. Jadi ia adalah terbaik bagi pengambilan susu dikalangan mereka yang mempunyai masalah itu.<\/p>\n<p>6. Pilih yogurt yang kosong tanpa gula dan tanpa rasa tambahan. Namun boleh<br \/>menambahkan buah-buahan segar atau kacang-kacang dalam yogurt.<\/p>\n<p>7. Pengambilan yang dicadangkan tidak lebih dari 3 cawan yogurt sehari. (Setiap secawan yogurt kosong mengandungi 15 gram karbohidrat dan 15 gram protein).<\/p>\n<p>8. Boleh letakkan pemanis natural seperti Stevia dan Monk Fruit bagi mengurangkan rasa masam.<\/p>\n<p>9.
