Ini kerana kopi mengandungi kafein (caffein) iaitu sejenis bahan perangsang. Kafein juga terdapat pada teh serta buah koko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><br>Apa kesan jika kita berhenti mengambil kafein secara tiba-tiba terutama bagi orang yang biasa minum kopi yang berkafein tinggi setiap pagi?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kafein boleh dikategorikan di dalam bahan ketagihan hampir serupa seperti rokok, arak dan dadah tetapi ketagihan ini tidaklah terlalu teruk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antara tanda-tanda ketagihan itu apabila kita tidak minum kopi setiap pagi, kita akan mengalami :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pening kepala<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keletihan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kegelisahan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sukar untuk fokus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mood tidak menentu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mudah rasa marah<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rasa sakit kepala adalah masalah yang biasa berlaku. Boleh lakukan langkah-langkah berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Ambil de-kafein<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Walaupun ia dilabel sebagai minum de-kafein sebenarnya terdapat sedikit nilai kafein di dalamnya. Ini membantu mengurangkan rasa sakit kepala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Ambil ubat tahan sakit<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jika masih tidak berkurangan dapatkan ubat tahan sakit. Antaranya:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ibuprofen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acetaminophen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paracetamol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aspirin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Lumur minyak angin<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minyak angin bermenthol dapat menghilangkan rasa sakit kepala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Tuam pek ais<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Minum air secukupnya<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
