Ia juga akan meningkatkan tahap insulin dan sukar untuk kita menurunkan berat badan.<\/p>\n<p>Ini adalah senarai GI untuk setiap jenis beras secara mudah diingati.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Beras Pulut : GI 94<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Beras Jasmine : GI 100 (Tinggi)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Beras Hancur : GI 80 (Tinggi)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Beras Basmati : GI 56 (Sederhana)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Beras Merah : GI 56 (Sederhana)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Beras Perang : GI :50 (Rendah)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Beras Rebus (Parboiled rice): GI 46 (Rendah)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Barli : GI 25 (Rendah)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jadi pilih beras yang mempunyai GI yang rendah. Namun begitu nilai karbohidrat setiap beras adalah lebih kurang sama.<\/p>\n<p>Jadi walaupun kita ambil beras rebus, beras perang atau barli, ambillah dalam kuantiti yang sederhana.<\/p>\n<p>Ambil satu atau dua senduk dalam setiap hidangan berdasarkan keperluan tenaga kita.
