Lepas minum jangan makan nasi dua pinggan nasi pula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sesuai dijadikan minuman sebelum solat maghrib, sebelum mengambil makanan yang lebih berat selepas solat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minuman ini lebih baik dari air kordial yang hanya mengandungi perasa kurma dan gula. Untuk mendapatkan nutrien yang banyak, ambil dengan serat kurma. Jangan dibuang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resepi jus kurma madu untuk satu orang minum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3-5 buah kurma, buang bijinya, potong kecil-kecil&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1-2 sudu madu&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 ml air air<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk mendapatkan pati kurma ada 3 cara. Pertama hanya rendamkan semalaman, cara kedua kisarkan dengan alat pengisar dan ketiga rebus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kemudian campurkan sedikit madu dan kacau. Kisar dengan alat pengisar jika menggunakan teknik rebus dan rendaman supaya halus. Jangan buang serat kurma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuang dalam gelas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boleh simpan dalam peti sejuk menanti waktu berbuka.
