Ia bukan saja mengurangkan risiko mendapat penyakit tetapi satu usaha memanjangkan umur kita agar kita hidup lebih bermanfaat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antaranya adalah kita memilih makanan bernutrisi dan melakukan aktiviti fizikal yang bersesuaian. Tidur yang cukup, kawal stress dan ambil suplemen yang diperlukan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dalam satu kajian yang diterbitkan oleh Journal perubatan yang terkenal British Medical Journal (BMJ), pengambilan suplemen vitamin D dan Minyak Ikan Omega 3 membantu mengurangkan risiko mendapat penyakit autoimun apabila semakin berusia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kajian ini melibatkan 25,871 pesakit di mana\u201412,786 lelaki berusia lebih 50tahun, dan 13,085 wanita berusia 55 tahun ke atas. Dan dibahagikan kepada dua kumpulan, yang mengambil suplemen dan yang mengambil placebo. Kajian ini mengambil masa 5.3 tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pengkaji mendapati pesakit yang mengambil suplemen vitamin D supplement sama ada dengan minyak ikan omega atau tidak, menunjukkan penurunan risiko sebanyak 22 peratus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dos yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah 2,000 IU, dan dos yang dibenarkan tidak seharusnya melebihi 4,000 IU. Sementara dos minyak ikan omega 3 yang diberikan adalah 1,000 milligrams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dengan mengambil nutrien ini, pesakit dapat mengurangkan risiko mendapat penyakit autoimun termasuk <em>rheumatoid arthritis<\/em>, <em>polymyalgia rheumatica<\/em>, penyakit <em>autoimmune thyroid<\/em>, dan psoriasis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cara terbaik mendapatkan dua suplemen ini adalah dari sumber yang natural, iaitu dari makan yang kita makan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Namun ada kalanya nutrien dari makanan tidak mencukupi, dan perlukan dalam bentuk suplemen.
