Gula batu dan gula pasir kerap digunakan sebagai pemanis, baik untuk makanan atau minuman.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2. Ramai orang menganggap bahawa gula batu lebih sihat daripada gula pasir. Adakah ia benar?<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>3. Pada amnya, pengambilan gula secara berlebihan akan menjejaskan kesihatan. Ia meningkatkan gula dalam darah pada pesakit diabetes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>4. Bagaimana gula batu dihasilkan? Bahan yang digunakan untuk membentuk gula batu adalah larutan gula cair. Larutan tersebut dicampurka n bahan kimia untuk dijadikan kristal. Oleh kerana saiznya besar, ia dikenali sbg gula batu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>5. Oleh itu kandungan gula pasir dan gula batu adalah sama, iaitu sukrosa. Dalam 100 gram gula pasir, terdapat 100 gram sukrosa sementara dalam 100 gram gula batu terdapat kira-kira 99.5 gram sukrosa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>6. Oleh itu berhati-hati dengan kuantiti pengambilan gula batu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>7. WHO, mencadangkan penggunaan gula pasir (termasuk gula batu) sebanyak 50 gram atau 4 sudu makan setiap hari atau kurang dari itu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>6. Lebih baik jika kita hanya membataskan 25 gram (dua setengah sudu besar) saja setiap hari.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>7. Yang terbaik adalah kita menghindari terus gula putih atau gula batu ini.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>8. Boleh gantikan dengan pemanis natural seperti stevia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>9. Saya mencadangkan jenama OLEVASTEVIA yang tiada kalori dan gula, bagus untuk pesakit diabetes dan yang ingin menurunkan berat badan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Semoga
