Bagi pesakit diabetes, saya mencadangkan agar <strong>memilih<\/strong> dan mengambil buah-buahan dengan <strong>kadar yang sederhana<\/strong>. Jika tidak paras gula dalam darah mencanak naik.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2. Sebenarnya fruktosa yang memberikan rasa manis, bukan glukosa. Semakin manis rasa buah, semakin tinggi tahap fruktosa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>3. Fruktosa tidak dapat dikesan melalui alat glucometer, hanya glukosa yang dikesan oleh alat tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>4. Ini tidak bermakna pesakit diabetes boleh mengambil buah-buahan yang manis.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>5. Sungguhpun buah-buahan mengandungi banyak fruktosa dan sedikit glukosa, tetapi kandungan fruktosa dalam buah-buahan juga akan ditukarkan kepada glukosa dan meningkatkan bacaan glukosa dalam darah.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>6. Fruktosa akan melalui proses penukaran kepada bentuk lain oleh hati.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tba\/1.5\/16\/2705.png\" alt=\"\u2705\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/> 30-50% akan ditukarkan kepada glukosa.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tba\/1.5\/16\/2705.png\" alt=\"\u2705\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/> 25% ditukar kepada laktat.<\/p>\n<p>Glukosa dan laktat menghasilkan tenaga untuk keperluan tubuh.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tba\/1.5\/16\/2705.png\" alt=\"\u2705\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/> 20% disimpan dalam bentuk glikogen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tba\/1.5\/16\/2705.png\" alt=\"\u2705\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/> 1% ditukar kepada Triglyceride (sejenis kolesterol).<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>7. Kesimpulannya fruktosa yang banyak terdapat dalam buah-buahan yang manis tetap ditukar kepada glukosa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>8. Semakin manis buah-buahan tersebut, semakin tinggi bacaan gula dalam tubuh kita. Proses ini mengambil masa tertentu, berkemungkinan itu sebabnya ia tidak dikesan dengan cepat oleh mesin glucometer.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>9. Boleh ambil dua hidangan buah setiap hari. Pilih buah yang tidak terlalu manis dan banyak serat.
