Bhatt, pengarah di Interventional Cardiovascular Programs, Brigham dan ketua penyelidik dalam kajian REDUCE-IT, kajian ini adalah kajian yang terbesar setakat ini dalam keberkesanan penggunaan EPA (OMEGA 3) dalam merawat pesakit hiperkolestrolemia. Kajian itu melibatkan 149,000 peserta. DAN ia menunjukkan pengambilan EPA sangat membantu berbanding dengan pengambilan gabungan EPA dan DHA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kesimpulannya untuk mengelakkan masalah serangan sakit jantung dan stroke, terdapat pelbagai cara. Saya mengamalkan minyak zaitun OLIVIE, bersama vitamin E.
