{"id":13705,"date":"2021-07-12T10:40:59","date_gmt":"2021-07-12T02:40:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/drzubaidi.com\/blog\/?p=13705"},"modified":"2025-10-03T14:52:19","modified_gmt":"2025-10-03T06:52:19","slug":"osteoarthritis-teruk-ke-sakit-sendi-kita","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/drzubaidi.com\/blog\/osteoarthritis-teruk-ke-sakit-sendi-kita\/","title":{"rendered":"OSTEOARTHRITIS: TERUK KE SAKIT SENDI KITA?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osteoarthritis atau kerosakan pada tulang rawan dalam sendi (terutama sendi lutut dan sendi pinggul) merupakan penyakit degeneratif (kerosakan akibat pertambahan usia) yang banyak terjadi pada usia di 40 tahun ke atas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Semakin bertambahnya usia, sendi semakin kurang menghasilkan lendiran sendi (synovial fluid) dan ini menyebabkan dua tulang bertemu. Inilah yang kemudian menimbulkan rasa sakit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osteoarthritis memiliki empat tingkatan berdasarkan gejala (rasa sakit apabila sendi dibengkokkan) dan pemeriksaan xray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tingkatan Pertama<\/strong> apabila rasa sakit sendi ketika banyak melakukan aktiviti yang agresif.
