Masa terlalu pantas. Bangun 430AM pun rasa macam tak sempat buat apa-apa. Tahu-tahu sudah pukul 930AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saya dikemaskinikan diari 6hb Julai 2020. Mendung di JB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kadang kala saya rasa geli hati bila orang tanya berapa lama masa untuk saya mengurangkan berat badan? Saya tanya balik, sudah mula berdiet dan melakukan aktiviti fizikal? Dia jawab belum\u2026 Dalam hati saya, &#8220;emmm sembang kari&#8221;. Buatlah dulu, baru sembang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mungkin ada yg sudi melayan dia, memujuk dan memotivasikan. Tapi saya bukan orangnya. Saya suka orang yang terus melakukannya tanpa sebarang pertanyaan remeh. Banyak dah kajian membuktikan kebaikan berdiet terutama Diet Intermittent Fasting dan melakukan aktiviti fizikal. Yang penting buat. Just Do It, kata omputih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuma bila buat perkara baru, kita perlukan environment yang memotivasikan dan positif. Kadang kala yang perli dan sindir adalah orang yang terdekat. Pasangan kita, kawan-kawan dan sanak saudara. Peduli lah\u2026 Jeles lah tu..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yang penting adalah diri kita. Kita tahu apa yang kita lakukan. Kita bertanggungjawab dengan diri kita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalau kita sakit dan terlantar, keluarga kita juga yang susah. Nak berubah pula bukan mudah. Perlu disiplin yang kuat. Kena buat lagi dan lagi. Tiap-tiap hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oklah saya nak makan vitamin. Nak repair sikit tisu yang cedera ketika beraktiviti.
