Saya nak kongsikan diari fitness saya. 5 Julai 2021. Saya tak mahu bertanding dengan sesiapa. Cuma masih tersenyum pada 5 Julai 2022 melihat susah payah saya ketika ini. Pada masa itu otot bahu dan lengan dah berketul-ketul. Bolehlah angkat wife ke bilik tidur bila dia tertidur di ruang tamu. Dah lama tak buat macam tu\u2026 Chewah..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Semalam saya tak buat brisk walking. Otot betis terlalu sakit. Tok Guru Fitness saya kata rehat dulu. Bagi tubuh baiki otot yang cedera dan menghasilkan otot-otot baru yang lebih kuat. Dia pesan tambahkan kuantiti protein dalam makanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tapi saya masih beraktiviti fizikal. Tengok video youtube anak-anak muda korea ajar senaman ringkas dalam rumah. So simple tak perlu guna apa-apa. Pace atau rentak pun perlahan. 45 minit dengan ada beberapa cara yang mudah. Sesuailah untuk orang separuh usia seperti saya. Saya pilih beberapa cara yg sesuai untuk saya yang baru mulakan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hari ini saya mulakan semula. Kita bukan atlet atau profesional fitness. Jadi buat berpada-pada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pagi tadi sebelum memulakan, saya ambil vitamin E dan Minyak Zaitun. Lepas ini kombo-3 vitamin C, vitamin D dan Zink.
