Saya ingin berkongsi diari hari ini. Saya masih lagi belajar dengan Tok Guru Fitness saya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ramai yang masih tak tahu makna Brisk Walking yang saya amalkan. Makna mudah adalah Berjalan Laju. Bukan berjogging atau berlari anak. Hanya jalan sahaja. Rentak yang saya amalkan dua langkah setiap saat. Degupan jantung antara 110-115 perminit sepanjang brisk walking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sesuai untuk orang sebaya saya, umur 50an. Bagi adik-adik berusia 30an, korang jogginglah. Bakar lemak tu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saya berbrisk walking dengan menggunakan treadmill. Bagi yang tak ada, boleh berlari setempat atau menaiki tangga dalam rumah. Kita masih dlm PKP, kan. Duduk rumah pun boleh beraktiviti fizikal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saya mula lebih kurang pukul 7AM. Jadi rutin pagi yang baru. Masa brisk walking, boleh buka youtube mendengar ceramah agama, motivasi atau lagu yang membakar semangat. Terpulang. Ada yang suka dengar sambil bersalawat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apa yang penting adalah tujuan kita melakukannya. Semasa mengerjakan haji 2020, saya dapati saya memang tidak fit, atau tak ada stamina. Tak mampu bersama rakan sebilik yang mengerjakan berpuluh-puluh kali umrah. Mereka melakukannya pagi dan petang. Saya pula lebih suka duduk dlm Masjid Haram. Solat sunat, baca Quran dan pandang Kaabah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebelum ini, saya bekerja dalam posisi sentiasa duduk. Berjam-jam tanpa sedar. Jadi stamina tak tinggi. Umur pula dah masuk 5 siri. Sudah 50 tahun pada masa tu. Malu pada kawan-kawan sebilik, lebih malu pada Allah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jadi saya berazam untuk memperbaiki stamina dan untuk lebih sihat dan bersemangat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rasanya sudah masuk minggu kedua. Rasa sakit betis semakin kurang, dan otot betis lebih pejal. Hahaha\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sekarang ini paksa anak-anak untuk melakukan sama selama 20 minit.
