Bukan untuk menunjuk pandai. Tetapi untuk memperbaiki diri yang semalam. Sambil memberikan inspirasi pada yang ingin mengikut saya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk mengubah habit atau amalan atau gaya hidup bukan mudah. Kadang kala hampir hilang motivasi. Bayangkan kita nak membersihkan punggung periuk yang sudah lama dibiarkan. Penat, give up, tak ada masa, dan macam-macam alasan untuk lari dari tugas. Tapi setiap hari kita gosok, lama-lama semakin bersih. Jangan mengharap kerja sehari dua dapat mengubah gaya hidup lama yang bertahun-tahun kita amalkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saya bagi masa tiga hari (fasa permulaan) untuk berubah. Saya sudah melepasi. Kemudian 40 hari (fasa sabar) dan 4 bulan (fasa istiqamah) untuk ubah amalan lama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saya berterima kasih pada rakan-rakan yang memberikan semangat.<em> &#8220;Chin up, doc<\/em>&#8220;. Hari ini Tok Guru Fitness bagi kata semangat &#8220;<em>Dont lose your fire!<\/em>&#8220;.. Memang terus menyala semangat ini. Umur sudah 51, mana boleh bandingkan adik-adik yang berumur 30an..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pagi ini saya dapat buat brisk walking sejam 615AM hingga 715AM, kadar 6.5 dan sejauh 4km. Dapat capai degupan jantung yang optima 110-120 sepanjang tempoh itu. Boleh rujuk perkongsian saya yang lalu dalam FB dan dalam kumpulan wassap Kelab Sihat berkaitan bagaimana mengira Degupan Jantung Optima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebelum mulakan brisk walking, saya warm up dengan teknik<em> chair squatting<\/em>. Duduk atas kerusi dan berdiri. Buat ulangan 20 kali. Buat perlahan-lahan bagi yang tak biasa.
