Cukuplah. Rendang adalah juadah istimewa di hari raya. Jika dimakan selalu ia mungkin menyebabkan kita berasa muak dan pada masa akan datang kita tidak menikmati rendang lagi. Apatah lagi sekarang ini rendang dijual setiap hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu jika dimakan bersama nasi impit, ia memberikan nilai kalori yang tinggi. Jika diambil berlebihan boleh menyebabkan peningkatan gula, tahap kolestrole dan tekanan darah. Jadi ambillah sesekali sebagai hidangan dan juadah istimewa. Bukan dimakan setiap hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jom hari ini kita cuba Jus Beetroot. Boleh campurkan dan kisarkan celery , beetroot, halia, epal hijau dan lemon atau oren. Nak campur dengan timun atau tomato pun boleh. Tapi jangan terlalu banyak campuran. Lebih jimat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lemon dan epal hijau akan berikan rasa manis dan masam. Dua dua ni membantu menghilangkan rasa payau. Bagi pesakit gastrik, boleh kurangkan epal dan lemon. Kalau nak lebih sedap letakkan setitik stevia atau satu sudu kecil madu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beetroot mengandungi serat , folat (vitamin B9) , manganese , potassium , besi dan vitamin C. Bila dicampur dengan sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan yang lain nilai nutrisinya akan menjadi lebih berganda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia mampu membantu mengawal penyakit metabolik seperti diabetes, tahap kolestrol yang tinggi dan hipertensi. Ia juga mencegah penyakit kanser.
