Ini bermakna kita tidak boleh&nbsp; makan, minum dan melakukan perkara-perkara yang boleh membatalkan puasa, mulai dari terbit fajar sehinggalah terbenam matahari pada bulan Ramadan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Padabulan puasa, ramai yang&nbsp; risau kerana tidak dapat minum air yang secukupnya untuk keperluan badan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tujuh puluh peratus&nbsp; daripada badan kita adalah air. Oleh itu tubuh kita amat memerlukan air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tanpa air yang cukup, tubuh akan mengalami dehidrasi. Ini mengakibatkan badan kita&nbsp; lemah, letih, tidak bertenaga, pening, sakit kepala sepanjang kita berpuasa di bulan ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oleh itu, dibawah ini saya kongsikan jadual yang boleh kita ikuti sepanjang bulan Ramadan ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minum air :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 gelas \u2013 Selepas bangun dari tidur untuk bersahur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 gelas \u2013 Selepas sahur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 gelas \u2013 Selepas azan maghrib<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 gelas \u2013 Selepas solat maghrib<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 gelas \u2013 Selepas makan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 gelas \u2013 Selepas solat isyak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 gelas \u2013 Selepas solat tarawih<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 gelas \u2013 Sebelum tidur<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dengan mengikuti tips ini, kita telah berjaya melengkapkan hari kita dengan meminum 8 gelas air untuk keperluan harian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">#HealthDrZubaidi<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TIPS MINUM AIR DI BULAN RAMADAN Bulan Ramadhan, bulan dimana umat islam diwajibkan untuk berpuasa di siang hari.
