Ini mengurangkan jumlah kalori yang diambil.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Namun ia hanya kehilangan air sahaja, puan. Bukan kehilangan lemak yang tersimpan. Kadar kehilangan berat bergantung kepada jenis makanan yang kita ambil.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Jadi ia adalah normal untuk kehilangan antara 3-5 kg sepanjang berpuasa akibat dehidrasi. Bimbang berat akan naik mendadak pada minggu pertama syawal spabila kita mula minum seperti biasa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Amalkan banyak sayur, buah, minyak sihat dan daging putih.
