Melakukan senaman<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Melakukan senaman dengan lebih kerap dapat membantu menurunkan berat badan dan meningkatkan kepekatan insulin. Dengan senaman juga, ia dapat membantu otot menggunakan gula dalam darah dengan betul. Antara bentuk senaman yang boleh dilakukan seperti angkat berat, berjalan, berlari, berbasikal, menari, mendaki, berenang dan lain-lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Kawal pengambilan karbohidrat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Badan akan memecahkan karbohidrat ke dalam gula (glukosa) dan kemudian insulin memindahkan gula menjadi sel. Apabila anda makan terlalu banyak karbohidrat, tapi mempunyai masalah dengan insulin, ia dapat meningkatkan glukosa dalam darah. Oleh sebab itu, Persatuan Diabetes Amerika mengesyorkan pesakit diabetes supaya mengawal pengambilan karbohidrat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Meningkatkan pengambilan serat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Serat melambatkan pencernaan karbohidrat dan penyerapan gula. Atas sebab itu, ia mengurangkan kenaikan paras gula dalam darah. Makanan yang mengandungi serat yang tinggi seperti sayur-sayuran, buah-buahan, kekacang dan bijirin. Pengambilan serat harian yang disyorkan sebanyak 25 gram untuk wanita dan 38 gram bagi lelaki.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Minum banyak air dan kekal hidrasi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minum air yang cukup boleh membantu mengekalkan paras gula dalam darah dan buah pinggang boleh mengalirkan gula yang berlebihan melalui air kencing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kajian menunjukkan, mereka yang minum banyak air masak mempunyai risiko lebih rendah untuk menghidap diabetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Kawal pengambilan makanan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paling penting adalah mengawal pengambilan kalori setiap hari dengan mengambil saiz hidangan yang lebih kecil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Pilih makanan yang kurang <em>Glycemic Index<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glycemic index ini bertujuan menilai tindak balas gula dalam badan terhadap makanan yang mengandungi karbohidrat. Makanan yang mengandungi glycemix index yang rendah dapat mengurangkan tahap gula dalam darah mengikut jangka masa panjang. Contohnya: makanan laut, daging, telur,gandum, barli, kacang, ubi, jagung, buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Kawal stress dan dapatkan tidur yang mencukupi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tekanan boleh menjejaskan paras gula. Yoga dan meditasi dapat mengurangkan stress dan membetulkan masalah rembesan insulin terhadap pesakit kencing manis kronik. Selain itu, mendapatkan tidur yang cukup juga penting bagi memastikan kesihatan tetap terkawal dengan sempurna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jadi, adalah lebih baik untuk mendapatkan jumlah tidur yang berkualiti setiap malam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Pantau tahap gula dalam darah<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sentiasa ukur dan pantau tahap glukosa darah. Dari situ, anda boleh mengetahui penyesuaian dalam makanan dan ubat-ubatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Mengamalkan makanan yang kaya magnesium dan kromium<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diabetes juga dikaitkan dengan kekurangan mikronutrien seperti kromium, mineral dan magnesium. Dua kajian pesakit kencing manis menunjukkan, kromium mempunyai manfaat bagi mengawal gula dalam darah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Manakala, kelebihan magnesium pula menunjukkan paras gula rendah. Sebab itu, jika kekurangan magnesium risiko yang lebih tinggi untuk menghidap diabetes. Makanan kaya magnesium seperti sayuran berdaun gelap, bijirin penuh, ikan, coklat, pisang, alpukat dan kekacang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. Turunkan berat badan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Untuk mencegah diabetes, anda harus menurunkan berat badan supaya masalah itu dapat diatasi pada masa hadapan. tin, jeli dan lain-lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Makanan yang boleh diambil mengikut sukatan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022  Bijirin, nasi, roti, biskut, kuih yang tidak manis, semua jenis pasta dan mi, capati, roti canai, tosai, semua jenis ubi, kekacang, susu dan buah-buahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Makanan yang boleh diambil secara bebas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022  Semua jenis sayur-sayuran, lobak merah, lobak putih, labu, teh cina, air kosong, barli tanpa gula, kopi dan teh tanpa gula, rempah ratus dan herba, semua daging tanpa lemak, ayam tanpa kulit, tauhu, ikan, telur dan ikan bilis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a
