Mengawal paras gula<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pesakit\u00a0diabetes yang amalkan 15 gram ulam raja setiap hari selama lapan minggu menunjukkan paras bacaan glukosa dalam darah yang lebih terkawal. Ini kerana ulam raja berbanding pesakit yang tidak mengambil ulam raja kerana ia meningkatkan paras sensitiviti insulin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Mengurangkan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ulam raja kaya dengan sumber sebatian bioaktif seperti asid askorbik, asid klorogenik,\u00a0quercetin, dan\u00a0proathocyanidin\u00a0dapat mengurangkan risiko penyakit diabetes, darah tinggi dan tahap kolestrol yang tinggi. Selain itu ia dapat menurunkan tahap keradangan dalam tubuh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Kaya dengan sumber antioksida<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ulam raja mengandungi sebatian antioksida yang tertinggi, yang penting untuk melawan radikal bebas yang terhasil akibat proses pencernaan makanan yang bersifat karsinogenik atau terdedah kepada persekitaran yang tercemar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Meningkatkan fungsi Hati<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ulam raja dapat menguatkan fungsi organ hati dengan melancarkan pembuangan bahan kumuh yang terkumpul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.
