Namun ada beberapa formula yang boleh digunakan sebagai panduan yang diberikan oleh pakar paediatrik dari Amerika Syarikat, Dr Jay L. Hoecker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cara pertama:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\u2022     Tambahkan ketinggian ibu dan ayah dalam sentimeter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\u2022     Tambahkan 13 sentimeter (anak lelaki) dan kurangkan 13 sentimeter (anak perempuan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\u2022     Bahagi dua untuk mendapat anggaran ketinggian anak kita bila dewasa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cara lain adalah dengan menggandakan dua kali ketinggian anak kita pada usia dua tahun (jika lelaki) atau pada usia 18 bulan (jika perempuan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Walau bagaimanapun, kita kena ingat ketinggian anak kita bergantung pada faktor genetik, pemakanan dan persekitaran (terutaman aktiviti fizikal). Kanak-kanak juga membesar dengan kadar yang berbeza, ada yang cepat membesar dan ada yang lambat membesar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jika kita risau dengan tumbesaran anak kita, berbincanglah dengan doktor.
