Namun dalam kajian yang terbaru menunjukkan mengambil telur sebanyak dua biji sehari tidak meningkatkan tahap kolestrol terutamanya tahap kolestrol jahat.<\/p>\n<p>Bagi mereka yang ada masalah diabetes dan kolesterol yang tinggi, dan masih bimbang untuk mengambil telur, saya mencadangkan pengambilan telur sebanyak dua biji berselang hari.<\/p>\n<p>Saya masih ingat lagi emak saya selalu menghidangkan menu telur sebagai sarapan saya sebelum ke sekolah. Ada kalanya bersama roti, ada kalanya bersama nasi goreng dan ada kalanya dalam bentuk separuh masak.<\/p>\n<p>1. Saya ingin berkongsi kebaikan telur, terutama pada anak-anak<\/p>\n<p>2. Membantu kesihatan mata<\/p>\n<p>3. Membantu mempercepatkan rasa kenyang dan melambatkan rasa lapar<\/p>\n<p>4. Sumber protein yang baik berbanding dengan daging merah<\/p>\n<p>5. Membantu meningkatkan kebolehan minda bagi anak-anak<\/p>\n<p>6. Memberikan tenaga yang berkekalan dalam tubuh<\/p>\n<p>7. Menguatkan otot jantung dan saraf<\/p>\n<p>Telur adalah makanan yang natural yang membekalkan nutrien yang terbaik. Galakkan anak kita mengambilnya dalam menu makanan mereka.<\/p>\n<p>Elakkan makanan yang berproses pada anak-anak.<\/p>\n<p>Telur juga bagus untuk kesihatan orang dewasa.
