Tanpa kopi (dan kafein) mereka akan rasa mengantuk dan tidak bersemangat.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tapi apa yang akan berlaku jika kita terlebih minum kopi. Dengan kata yang lain, apakah yang akan berlaku jika kita mengambil kafein berlebihan dos?<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Badan pemantau kesihatan, <em>U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)<\/em> mengatakan pengambilan kafein kurang dari 400 mg adalah selamat. Lebih dari dos ini kesan baik akan digantikan dengan kesan buruk.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Secara mudah pengambilan 2-3 cawan kopi tidak memberikan kesan sampingan seperti:<\/p>\n<p>1. Degupan jantung laju<br \/>2. Rasa tidak boleh fokus<br \/>3. Tekanan darah meningkat<br \/>4. Ketidakseimbangan elektrolit<br \/>5. Dehidrasi<br \/>6. Sakit kepala<br \/>7. Sukar tidur<br \/>8. Pedih ulu hati<br \/>9. Kekembungan perut<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Selalunya kafein memberikan kesan antara tiga hingga sepuluh jam bergantung kepada individu. Sudah tentu kita tak mampu menunggu begitu lama.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Antara cara untuk menghilangkan kesan negatif akibat pengambilan kafein yang berlebihan adalah:<\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>Minum air kosong<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pengambilan kafein yang berlebihan boleh menyebabkan dehidrasi kerana kefein bersifat diuretik (menghasilkan air kencing dengan banyak) dan ia juga menyebabkan otot pundi kencing mengecut dengan cepat. Ini menyebabkan seseorang itu akan lebih kerap kencing dan mengalami dehidrasi. Minum air kosong secukupnya akan mengurangkan dehidrasi dan mengurangkan kepekatan kafein dalam darah.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>Lakukan pergerakan fizikal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dalam beberapa kajian menunjukkan pergerakan fizikal dapat mengurangkan rasa sakit kepala akibat berlebihan pengambilan kafein. Lakukan aktiviti berjalan selama 5-10 minit sudah mencukupi untuk melepaskan tenaga yg berlebihan.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>Makan makanan yang banyak fiber<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Makan makanan yang banyak fiber seperti buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran dapat mengurangkan penyerapan kafein.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>Ambil bersama herba<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Herba seperti tongkat ali, kacip fatimah, ginseng dan maca root dapat mengurangkan pengambilan kafein yang berlebihan. Herba-herba ini meningkatkan penghasilan tenaga. Dengan ini kita tidak terlalu banyak mengambil kafein dalam minuman untuk mendapat kesegaran pada setiap pagi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>5. <strong>Perbaiki cara bernafas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Berlebuhan dos kafein akan menyebabkan fikiran jadi tidak menentu. Cuba perbaiki cara bernafas dengan menarik nafas dan menghembuskannya perlahan-lahan.
