Ini kerana selain memberikan kafein, ia juga memberikan banyak mikronutrien dan antioksida.<\/p>\n<p>Saya tidak dapat menafikan sumbangan kopi dalam menurunkan berat badan. Kafein dapat meningkatkan kadar metabolik, iaitu tahap penghasilan tenaga. Oleh itu ia membakar bekalan tenaga yang tersimpan dengan lebih banyak apabila seseorang itu berpuasa dan melakukan aktiviti fizikal.<\/p>\n<p>Data dari National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey di Amerika Syarikat menunjukkan wanita yang minum 2-3 cawan kopi sehari mempunyai tahap lemak yang lebih rendah (3.4 %) dari mereka yang tidak minum kopi. Kajian ini diterbitkan dalam The Journal of Nutrition.<\/p>\n<p>Namun diingatkan bahawa pemakanan yang seimbang dan aktiviti fizikal juga perlu, selain minum kopi seperti yang dicadangkan.<\/p>\n<p>Antara kebaikan lain adalah:<\/p>\n<p>1. Melindungi diri dari penyakit diabetes mellitus, penyakit Parkinson\u2019s, penyakit Alzheimer\u2019s, dementia.<\/p>\n<p>2. Merendahkan risiko mendapat penyakit kanser<\/p>\n<p>3. Merendahkan risiko mendapat masalah kemurungan<\/p>\n<p>4. Meningkatkan tenaga dan keupayaan fizikal.<\/p>\n<p>5. Meningkatkan kesan anti-penuaan.<\/p>\n<p>Kopi mengandungi beberapa nutrien seperti vitamin B:riboflavin (B2), pantothenic acid (B5), niacin (B3), dsn mineral: magnesium, manganese, dan potassium.<\/p>\n<p>Walaupun begitu pengambilan kopi haruslah berhati-hati.
