Nasi tidak bahaya kerana ia adalah makanan sumber karbohidrat yang memberikan tenaga.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">2. Jumlah yang diperlukan bergantung pada keperluan kita. Jika kita bekerja menggunakan banyak tenaga, ambillah nasi secukupnya. Jika kita bekerja di ofis, hadkan pengambilan nasi dan banyakkan sayur, buah dan ulam.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">3. Ada yang kata, kalau tak makan nasi, kita tak bertenaga. Rasa letih. Jangan risau. Selain dari nasi, karbohidrat (sumber tenaga yang cepat) juga didapati dari sayur, buah, protein sihat dan lemak sihat yang kita makan. Lemak di sekeliling pinggang adalah sumber simpanan tenaga terbaik.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">4. Nasi atau beras putih adalah produk karbohidrat yang telah diproses dengan hebat. Kita namakan<em><strong> refined carbohidrate<\/strong><\/em>. Hanya ada kalori. Hampir tiada lagi mineral, serat dan vitamin. Saya cadangkan gantikan dgn beras rebus dan beras perang yang banyak mineral, vitamin dan fiber. Orang zaman dulu makan beras perang, segar dari sawah. Mereka makan banyak nasi kerana menggunakan tenaga yang banyak. Cuba bandingkan kita sekarang. Adakah kita memerlukan banyak tenaga bila melakukan kerja? Apa pilihan beras kita? Tidak hairanlah jika datuk nenek kita berusia 80an tetapi masih hidup sihat.
