Namun masalah buang kecil yang terlalu kerap akibat minum iar yang menyebabkan kita terpaksa menghadkan pengambilan air seharian, sehinggakan kadang kala tidak mencukupi.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1mg5o\" data-offset-key=\"8ld4i-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"8ld4i-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"8ld4i-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"1mg5o\" data-offset-key=\"e2ge1-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"e2ge1-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"e2ge1-0-0\">Secara amnya tubuh kehilangan antara 5-8 gelas air setiap hari. Ia dapat mengawal penyakit kita yang lebih ada dengan lebih baik. Jika berlebihan air, warna air kencing berwarna terlalu jernih. Air kencing yang keruh menandakan kita tidak minum air secukupnya.
